Thanks to Librarian Erin Baxter who reported that 441 children, 65 teens and 20 adults had signed up for the program. 220 students attended the closing of the Library’s program, but the Junior Giants Program continues and more participant names are being received from the Bookmobile from Wednesday games. Friends board member Lorelei Vowinkel tells us the program was a big success with volunteer parents, and new this year, VolunTeens, as well as staff member Sally Tiffany (shown, left) helped make it a big success.
